Our Legacy

The Kenby Collection is my mom’s legacy. Irene McLeod Taylor had a toy koala named Kenby that she traveled all over the world with for over 20 years, taking his photos during their adventures together. This toy koala became a conversation starter, and she made many new friends along the way. The Kenby Collection is inspired by this stuffed toy koala. Kenby helped her connect with other people and brought her so much joy. My mom positively impacted the lives of so many.

My dad and sisters helped me launch The Kenby Collection in 2022. We blend Lavender and Eucalyptus oils to bring you a scent that promotes relaxation and good sleep. A koala is the perfect animal to represent our products. If you get the chance to see a koala, you will notice they spend many hours of the day relaxing and dozing off.

We hope that McLeod’s Lavender brings you joy and connection with the world through self-care and relaxation. Whether your self-care practices include practicing mindfulness, meditation, or good sleep hygiene, we have you covered.
